General Policy

KnowledgeNest Learning Center offers small-group programs with limited seating. Because planning, instructor scheduling, and resource preparation begin before classes start, refund eligibility may depend on the timing of the request and the specific program involved.

Before a Program Begins

Families may also request a transfer to another available KnowledgeNest program when space permits.

After a Program Begins

Once a class or program has started, refunds are generally not available. Because seats are reserved specifically for enrolled students and classes are intentionally kept small, program fees help cover instructor scheduling, curriculum preparation, and reserved class capacity.

In special circumstances, KnowledgeNest may offer partial credit toward a future program at its sole discretion.

Class Changes or Cancellations by KnowledgeNest

If KnowledgeNest Learning Center cancels a program before it begins, families will receive the choice of:

• Full refund
• Transfer to another available program
• Account credit for future enrollment

If a class must be rescheduled due to instructor illness, weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, a make-up session or alternative arrangement will be provided whenever reasonably possible.

Missed Classes

We understand that occasional absences may occur. While make-up classes cannot always be guaranteed, we will make reasonable efforts to provide supporting materials or guidance when appropriate. Missed classes generally do not qualify for refunds.

Transfers Between Programs

When space is available, families may request to transfer enrollment to another KnowledgeNest program. Transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may depend on scheduling, class availability, and program suitability.

Credits for Future Programs

In certain situations, KnowledgeNest may offer account credit that can be applied toward future classes, camps, workshops, or educational programs. Credits are subject to any applicable conditions communicated at the time they are issued.
